Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. It follows the laws of the Republic of Korea; in the event of any conflict, the Korean-language version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

  1. This policy governs subscription cancellation, contract termination, and refunds for the paid services (the "Paid Services") of RF AI Workspace, provided by 로드 파이낸셜 (Road Financial) (the "Company").
  2. Matters not specified here are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable Korean law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (the "E-Commerce Act"), the Content Industry Promotion Act, and the Content User Protection Guidelines.
  • Company: 로드 파이낸셜 (Road Financial)
  • Business registration no.: 859-05-02496
  • Mail-order sales registration no.: 2022-울산중구-0530
  • Representative: 강인웅 (Inung Kang)
  • Address: 308-304, 245 Jongga-ro, Jung-gu, Ulsan, Republic of Korea

Article 2 (Payment for Paid Services)

  1. Paid Services are offered as a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase covering 30 days from the payment date, charged in Korean Won (KRW, VAT included). The Company does not offer annual subscriptions.
  2. Unless the member cancels, the monthly subscription automatically renews each month and is charged to the member's registered payment method. One-time purchases do not auto-renew.

Article 3 (Withdrawal of Subscription / Cooling-off)

  1. A member may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of paying for a Paid Service.
  2. However, under Article 17(2) of the E-Commerce Act, withdrawal may be restricted once provision of the Paid Service has begun (e.g., after signing in and using paid features or credits). The Company offers a Free plan for prior evaluation and discloses any such withdrawal restriction on the payment screen in advance.
  3. For divisible services, withdrawal is restricted for the portion already used, while the unused portion remains eligible for withdrawal.
  4. If no paid feature or credit has been used at all after payment, the member may withdraw within 7 days and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Article 4 (Cancellation and Mid-term Refunds)

  1. A member may cancel the subscription at any time under Settings > Billing.
  2. Upon cancellation, provision and billing of the Paid Service stop from the next billing (renewal) date; the already-paid current cycle remains available until its expiry date.
  3. Monthly subscriptions: due to the nature of digital services, the fee for the current month (once use has begun) is generally non-refundable; no charge is made from the next cycle after cancellation.
  4. One-time purchases (30 days) — mid-term cancellation: a member may request cancellation at any time during the term. In that case, the Company refunds the amount paid, less (i) the value of the elapsed usage period (calculated on a daily pro-rata basis) and (ii) a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the remaining amount, in line with the Content User Protection Guidelines for continuing transactions. Withdrawal may be restricted once use has begun, under Article 3(2).
  5. For payments made with a promotion or discount, the refund amount is calculated based on the amount the member actually paid.

Article 5 (Refunds due to the Company's Fault)

  1. If the Company fails to provide the Paid Service properly due to its own fault (e.g., a major outage rendering the service unusable for a considerable period), the member may request a refund for the affected period or an extension of the service term.
  2. However, temporary interruptions arising without the Company's intent or negligence — such as failures of third parties (AI model providers, intermediaries such as OpenRouter, and search/authentication/infrastructure providers) — are governed by Article 5 of the Terms of Service.

Article 6 (Refund Method and Processing Time)

  1. Refunds are, in principle, made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Where a refund to the same method is not possible, it may be processed by another method agreed with the member.
  2. The Company takes the steps necessary for a refund within 3 business days from the date the grounds for withdrawal or refund are confirmed. Depending on the payment provider (e.g., card issuer), the member may actually receive the refund after an additional period.
  3. For credit-card payments, refunds are in principle made by cancelling the authorization; the time it is reflected may vary according to the card issuer's policy.

Article 7 (When Refunds Are Restricted)

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:

  • The portion of a divisible Paid Service already used by the member
  • Where the contract is terminated or use is suspended due to the member's breach of the Terms of Service
  • Credits, promotional benefits, or trial usage provided free of charge
  • Where applicable law or the Terms of Service restrict refunds

Article 8 (Payments by Minors)

If a minor pays for a Paid Service without the consent of their legal representative, the member or the legal representative may cancel the payment under the Civil Act — except where the minor deceptively led others to believe they were an adult or that the legal representative's consent had been given.

Article 9 (Contact)

Inquiries regarding withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds may be submitted to the support email (support@roadfinancial.co.kr); the Company will handle them promptly as required by applicable law.
